CEO & MD

A teacher & creative person by heart and a technocrat & entrepreneur by mind. In his late 20's his first venture was "JOY INSTITUTE". A unique educational institute where every Sunday the students & teachers of the institute taught poor kids & were given stationaries.

Since last decade & more he has served few IT products & consulting organizations as a Business Manager, Regional Manager & Country Manager in the field of IT sales & consulting.

Now as the CEO, his main objective is to transform the company into next level through innovation for the overall growth of its stakeholders.

Joy is an MCA, he loves travelling & photography, social service is his passion.

Prabhat Kumar

Head - Pre Sales

Prabhat is having over 15+ Years of experience in ESM, ITOM, IAM & SIEM Solutions, he is having in-depth technical skills to design & implement ITIL solutions, he has helped many organizations to adopt the best practices of ITIL. He is driving the pre sales & sales operations at SanSol.

He is PGDCA & holds an MBA degree, he loves partying with family & friends.

Pankaj is having over 11+ years of experience in IT Support & Services. His consulting expertise includes IT Service Management & IT Asset Management Solutions, Backup, Virtualization & Security Solutions.

He holds MCA degree, he loves to organise things.

Ranjit Kumar

Head - Innovation & Product Development

Ranjit is having 15+ Years of experience in IT Industry in the field of problem & data analysis. At SanSol he is utilizing his skills to Innovate New Solutions; he is also responsible for client support operations.

Ranjit holds an MCA degree; he is always keen to know about new technologies, he loves to spend his free time in social activities and focus to know ground reality of life.

Sushil is having 14+ Years of experience in Web Designing & Applications, At SanSol he looking after Design & Development of Innovative Applications with latest and secure technologies.

Sushil holds degree in commerce & diploma in multimedia. He believes how to make a process user easing. He likes to know new smart gadgets or devices, and he also likes to listen golden era music.
